New Building Act

"Building Information Model-Based Plans
The building designer and special designers must provide the building control authority with building plans related to construction in a data model format or in another machine-readable format.
A building information model-based plan refers to a comprehensive dataset of building information in a machine-readable and interoperable data structure, including the building's location, geometry, and form as a three-dimensional model, along with details about the building. The building plan (design model) includes project-specific data about the building, its components, and their attributes."
